The answer is simple: CONFUSION! – and the whole delivery needs to be sorted out. We know customers who upon receiving a wrong-labeled delivery return the entire delivery as confused.
Many defects can be caused by an improper packing – we have seen many scratched parts just because packing instructions were violated.
We are able to pack your final product according to prior agreed packing instructions, or repack it after a check-, repair- or rework action. In doing so, we are also checking logistics data on the packing label before shipping.
Many of our employees are also experienced in entering data about material movement in various information systems, for example SAP.
